Welcome to the Galleries! Photography is almost a hobby of mine. I say 'almost' because I don't devote enough time to it, even though I'd like to. I really enjoy it though, one day I'll get into it further but until then you'll have to make do with these efforts. Click on the images below to see the album!

New Zealand 2007 (part 1)

After Australia we hopped across the Tasman Sea to New Zealand, here are some pictures from the South Island. North Island coming as soon as I can find them!

Australia 2007
Part one of my round-the-world jaunt this year, Myself, Jen and Jen's sister Claire bought a car and we drove around this country. This is what we saw.

London 2006-2007
Between May 2006 and February 2007 I lived in London, and to celebrate a fun nine months, here's a selection of random pictures from my time south of the border.

Barcelona, 2006
Jen and I spent a week in Barcelona in April 2006, with her friends Vic and Andy

Iceland 2005
Jen and I went to Iceland for 10 days in August 2005. I didn't own a digital camera back then so all of these were shot on trusty 35mm film. With a rubbish camera.

Music

I don't like describing myself as a 'musician', because that implies that I've had even the slightest bit of success with it. I haven't. That doesn't mean I don't make good music though (well, maybe it does) and at least I enjoy doing it.

Here you can find the first four records I put out under the name The Strangers Almanac, my next album will probably be under a different name. Stay tuned for that but in the meantime, I hope you find something here that you like. (Click on album cover for info and tracks)

Being as the files I had for these songs were all wma files as opposed to mp3's, I decided it was better not to upload them.

If you're desperate to hear this album however, it's all online anyway over at Soundclick.com

Of Asteroids And Dinosaurs (2006)

Of Asteroids and Dinosaurs was recorded between mid-2005 and early 2006, in dribs and drabs, at various locations including my old flat and my Mum and Dad's house. It's more of a compilation than a proper album.

All songs written by The Strangers Almanac
except Last Stop: This Town by Mark Oliver Everett
and You Are A Great Wave by Alex Botten.

Some of the people who appear (unwittingly, via sample) on
What You Leave Behind are, in order of appearance: Chris Davies, Michael Lennie, About 30-odd drunk under-age teenagers, Gregory Williams, Chris Hughes and Dave McCann.

This album is for Jen.
